Hello there! I'm on the same journey as you - "building vader suit from scratch".
I was wondering few things. How did you made the chest and belt boxes? Where did you bought the mask bolt caps for the lower lip? How did you make your undersuit and cape? How did you made your shoulder amor?
I'm currently building my helme with papercraft. Also got the templates for shoulder armor, chest and belt boxes, cod piece and leg shins, but it's too much work and all the details except the mask are not that detailed and tiny so I'm pretty sure there is better way to build it, but I'm not sure how for now?
