Yep and I did think about either painting numbers in or actually trying to insert some LCDs, but then decided against it.
 
Cool. There definitely aren't enough Batman TAS replica props out there (especially more unique ones like your Joker bomb)...

Where'd you find the Joker head? The size and design of it look spot on.

It was a key ring like this one:

I stumbled onto one in the back room of my local comic shop and I managed to find a few on Ebay.
 
Very nice, was that the episode where Joker takes the guy's licence and makes him "owe" him a favour? Was that done before or after fight club?
