Well after building the rough prototype above I started working on the real deal 
Started a more accurate sculpt.
Once that was completed, I cast it ....
Once the cast was out of the mold and polished up, the final top coat added, there was just the detailing and led left to do
led at the ready and miniature water slide decals again thanks to my good buddy Gedderz

Looks fab. I was wondering if anyone else had thought of making some. I was just going to use 99p earphones and polymerclay.
