Belt Buckle and Badge first attempt using craft foam

So this is my first try at using craft foam for the badge and buckle. I was pleased with the way the buckle looked but the lines on the badge warped a bit when i cut them with the hot knife, I will try the badge again. can anyone tell me if it's possible to use fiberglass on the back of the buckle to give it some more strength and rigidity? Will it stick to foam? Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

why not retry using styrene...lines would be sharp and you wouldnt get the warping.... but your work in foam amazing indeed.

Thanks for the tip on styrene shuktuki, never worked with styrene either but will hunt around and see if i can find a local source. Would definitely like to see sharper lines on the badge.

agreed... it looks like you have the precision to do the work. just get some plastic and you are good to go
