Unfolded Lex Luthor Armor Pep File free download

Hey guys, a friend of mine really wants to make the Luthor armor so, he sent me a 3d file to unfold and such. As you can see, it's almost ready. I have the paper setting set for traditional American letter sized and if I recall, I think I have it scaled to 6'2". I'll need to double check that. As soon as it's ready, I'll make it available to download for anyone who wants it. The only downside is that the entire armor is one file and I don't know how to create separate files from the original. I have however organized it where each page is labeled i.e. pages 1-12 are labeled as boosters for the back portion of the armor. It should be ready in a day or two.

Very cool. Have thought about doing this one for awhile now. Rubber Johnny is right. Shaved pates unite. I appreciate all the work you are doing on this.

Ok guys the file is all done. The scale is set at 233.576 or in other words, the guy is 6'1"/1860mm

As mentioned, I don't know how to separate the pieces, so they are organized as follows:

Booster pages 1-5
Collar/neck 6-14
Chest disc 15
Abs 16-23
Cod 24-32
Chest&back 33-56
Right shoulder 57-63
Left shoulder 64-70
Left thigh 71-82
Right thigh 83-94
Right boot & foot 95-128
Left boot & foot 129-160
Left bicep 161-163
Left forearm 164-173
Right bicep 174-176
Right forearm 177-185

Anyone else having issues printing this file? Never had an issue with any other pep files before but this one is acting really flaky...
 
Thanks for the file, i am currently working on it. I m planning to modify it and make the suit something like the superlex Luthor suit of the dc rebirth. I'll add a superman logo on the chest, paint it red and blue and add a cape. I already finished the boosters, the neck, the chest disc and the abs

i know im necroing a thread , but im woundering if anyone happens to have a foam unfold of this? i would love to try and make it for comic con
