House II Caterpuppy - Need more info.

Hey, everyone! I am looking for more information about this piece I came across today. What I know is that it is a Caterpuppy figure from House II: The Second Story. It looks to me like it is made out of resin. However, I was unable to find any other information about it online. There is a name on the piece which is Sean S. Cunningham. Was this a limited promotional piece or something given to away to cast or crew? My guess is that it may have been a promotional piece, but I have no clue. Anyone out there that knows anything about this guy?
