The Eighth Doctor TVM headgear questions.

I get the feeling that this prop was largely found object in nature. Surely the shoulder harness and 'halo' resemble medical hardware for people with severe spinal injuries.

my question then, is what parts of the prop were manufactured?, what model was the original prop, and has it been reused? It certainly looks like the type of prop one would see again (it reminds me a bit of the re-education scene in Clockwork Orange.

Yeah, I think most of that is getup is medically stock. "Props" added the long Allen Bolts to the 'halo' and the face/eye assembly. Finding the original model of harness might be a chore... but not impossible.

I don't know, but the eye assembly may be medical too, though not originally designed for this particular brace.
