Muscle Shirt?

Looks okay, but making one is easier and cheaper. Start with a bodysuit pattern, either a head to toe or a two-piece. Cut out all the pieces to fit you loosely, and do it twice. Construct both like normal(attaching front to back at shoulders only), but do not sew each of them down the side yet. Then, putting both bodysuits on top of one-another, stitch the obvious muscle groups. Then, choosing which side is the inside, slit each muscle group, stuff with fibrefill, and hand-sew the slits up. Then, sew the remaining sides up and you should have it. 011.JPG
