Dredd Magnetic Door Breacher Mine

And yet another Dredd related project (Yes I may be a little hooked on this movie) Slightly more simple than the other builds. Again using scaled photo's of screen used props I put together a model in Google Sketchup and got it printed up to take a silicone mould. This is a pic of it at the moment in cold cast aluminium. All that's left is to put in a rare earth magnet on the back and paint it up. I'll post a pic of the finished paint job when I get a chance to complete it

Nice job.....looks almost like my cast of an actual movie prop mine. Only differences are a second circular groove outside the center circle with a small notch connecting the two circles. I can see the second and third circles vaguely but because the top printed surface has the usual roughness associated with the process and the outer two rings are not very deep, they are hard to make out distinctly.If the connecting notch is between the center and second ring, I can't discern them.
