Minor update: (I can't stop working on that thing) I upgraded the cone adapter with one of Roman's (that looks about a thousand times better) switched out the D-ring for one of Roy's, and removed the square washer under the Graflex clamp lever. I know it still doesn't hold a candle to all those Obi ANH out there assembled from the genuine vintage parts, but I still like it a lot.
