"Fantastic" 1:350 Botany Bay

Wanted to share one of the more exceptional (IMO) 1:350 BB builds out there, from miniature artist, Robert Bleecker. The added details and sense of scale and proportion are outstanding! Largely modeled after the remastered version, this was the Fantastic Plastic kit. Note the space-damage on the upper left cargo pod! (The color scheme is actually a lot more grey than the pictures on the modelermagic site show it. The attachment at bottom shows a more accurate overall color.): 1:350 Botany Bay by R.L. Bleecker

Very cool. I am kind of amazed they never put out a kit of this or even some of the other ships from the original series.

This is not a scratch build; Fantastic Plastic Models sells this kit for about $75. It's a very simple resin kit about 12" long.
