foam build help pls

hey guys im woking on the iron man mk3 (yes another iron man) but i have some questions
im currently working with 4mm eva foam and have some problems with cutting 45 degree angles any tips?? mat cutter from x acto is not for sale in holland

im from holland aswell and recently started on my iron man aswell.

im using 10mm plastazote foam at the moment (for boot and legs) and i bought my x acto angle cutter on ebay, a seller from the UK has em, i recieved it within 4 days.

you could use scissors on angle cuts but i won't be as clean as the xacto. . .and also 4mm eva foam is to thin for ironman. . .that's why i don't use those. . .

why would it be to thin and im also gonna use the coating from xrobots so it will be harder
