This is really coming along amazingly well mate, really cant wait to see the hulls joined and taking shape. At last I get my keys to the new place on Tuesday so for the first time can build in my own warm studio and start cracking out models again. Looking forward to much more of the same bud

I managed to get hold of my slave pulls at the weekend and its approx 76mm on the line you've drawn. I cant say how accurate this is though as its the raw pull. Hope that helps somewhat?

Well considering I thought it should be between 74-76mm
we are pretty close!! LOL I have this part oversized I
will try to dial it in a little closer....thanks Guy much
appreciated!

The fender was way out it had an overhang that was
greater than the sides so it had to be evened out. I
kind of rushed this part, I made it quick but I was pretty
sure I could get it close.


You can see in this pic how far out the front was VS
the sides by looking at the gap.


Here it is evened up....


But then I had to bring the top part of the sanded area down to
the bottom to keep the correct distance. So 10min with the palm
sander.


And we look like this....now


Then I marked of the back measurement, I removed
the plastic profile piece no need to have to sand through
that also.


Done....well for the most part... I have to add
in some UC-30 in the center, then I can vacuum
form it.
