Iron Man Foam suits showcase!

I saw in the last months a lot of iron man suits out of foam and now I want to make something like a Showcase for your suits where you can comment on other builds and give tipps and you can share your knowledge here.

I think it is not easy to build a good Iron man suit out of foam but almost everything I saw here on the RPF was great and I hope you post your suits here so that we all get a great overview over all these amazing suits

I will post a photo of my suit when I have finish it.

These are not pics of a finished suit, but I like the way they can introduce this thread.

Before / after :

Took about 6 months to build, but well worth the time and effort. All foam (1/4" anti-fatigue mats). Helmet was made from 6mm craft foam. I plan to hinge the faceplate at some point. I have done weathering to the suit since these pics were taken. Hope to get some better shots soon.

Great job, you both build your suit with extreme nice cuts and curves and the paint job from bugman72 is amazing!
