Medical Frigate build by Jim C

Plastic Dixie Cups? Sounds like the Endor Bunker Generators.
During my search for the correct "dixie" cup I found a 9 oz SOLO cup that looked really good (pictured on the right). I wondered if using the term "Dixie" by ILM when referring to making the Generators, was more of a generalization of the type of cup Vs a Brand identification.

Lookin' good!

These paper labels are what masked the windows on the studio model back in 79’ and are still around today but they are a witch to peal off the model so I made my own vinyl subs.

Incredible work. Reviewed your thread on this fantastic medical ship model. How you guys research kit parts leaves me shaking my head. That last 99% construction is a goal rarely achieved on such a project. So many years of dedication. Awesome model and a credit to the industry that created the design. Also hope many doctors are “green” with envy.

Glad to see this beauty again. Sucks that all the great pictures before 2017 are gone. I'm sure I have them saved somewhere, but where is the question, lol. She's looking spot on !
