Props, costumes, & even a full sized boat, used in the film, “Life of Pi ” are now for sale at Gilt.
“Life of Pi” from Ang Lee, hits theaters today, November 21. Items being sold include Pi’s 25-foot lifeboat, his prayer rug, a turtle shell he uses as a plate while at sea, and others.
The site is also selling posters and “Life of Pi” books signed by Lee. The proceeds from the sale are being donated to Orangutan Foundation International .
The items are for online purchase only and not an ongoing auction.
