I am in complete awe of this costume. I look forward to instructions. I don't know if this has been asked but do you have templates that can be printed?

What MM is the corrugated plastic sheets?

Sadly, I dun use templates... I do all my stuff on trial & error...and visual estimation =) I do have a tutorial posted here though:

I got it from a specialty shop that sell art & craft supplies in my county.
