The Paint on your suit seems to be holding up well. ( I can't see any cracks or wrinkling )
What your secret? I thought i sealed and preped my suit, but it crack and wrinkled.
Here's mine so far. It's all free hand except for the helmet, hence things like the shoulder bells being different. I got the templates from dali1lomo's youtube channel. To harden the helmet I used pva mixed with polyfiller. Probably not the best way to go but it was cheap and seemed to work fine. The rest will just b reinforced with lots of papier mache. Again, because I'm cheap. Some kinks need working out, like the abs but overall, articulation is good.
My first Iron man mark42 foam build(not yet finish). I think the helmet is little bit big.
what do you think?.
Need to change the gold paint. I'm not satisfy.
An update on mine. Needs hand plates, shins and neck/boot covers. Then paper mache, white emulsion paint and spray paint. Wiring needs redoing with soldering iron.
Thought I'd show my current WIP of my Mark 4/6 suit. This is my second build which followed my original Mark 3. I learnt many things from the original build which has definitely helped me with this build! Any comments would be appreciated!
