Indiana Jones: Golden Idol

Hello guys!
I am about to sculpt my own idol, and I am starting tomorrow.
But at first I had a question.
I wanted to cast it in bronze, but I dont know if I am able to.
Here in my city, we dont have any floating bronze.

So I wanted to know any other material I could cast it in?
I want the finished Idol a little shiny and a little heavy.
Any ideas? Need a material that is similar too bronze :lol

You could cast them in pewter and then gold plate it. Other than that, I think you would have to go with Bronze, but that would be EXPENSIVE!

Could you cast it in Brass?
