Seam Problems After PlastiDip

I just finished an original design gladiator helmet in EVA foam (my first try) and thought that I had the seams ready for the Plasti Dip. After applying I'm just not satisfied with the seam lines. I'm looking for recommendations for whatever product(s) that I can use to go back over the seams and fill the gaps so that I can put the final coatings of Plasti Dip on. I used contact cement for the joint lines.

Since I wasn't trying to copy any existing movie costume I figured that General Modeling was the best forum.

Try mixing cabosil with liquid latex. The mixture should be more cabosil then latex, but what you want is a patching paste that you can use to fill seam gaps. Work slowly and carefully, useing alchol to smooth and you should get a clean looking surface.
