The lining on the lower lip is quite noticeable on the succeeding pix...

Cant get a nice pix but you can somehow see how the light bends on the faceplate... :confused naaaahhh... forget about it...:unsure

What do you think guys on the lower lip lining?

Still have many flaws to fix... but am pleased as of the moment...:)

wow that pep has amazing detail great work!!, gives me confidence in hardening my own pep as well , what did you use to make the lines so nice and crisp?

its a thing of beauty among the garbage that surrounds it.... ahahaha:lol
I can now rest for a while :sleep... next up, proceed to fixing the flaws :unsure...

Been reminded by my ever-perfectionist brother that it must be movie accurate or else he wont wear it... so how was it to you guys :confused?... kindly let me know... thanks

Very sharp and clean work. Wish I had your skills when I started. I probably have too much bondo on my helmet now. Looking forward to seeing it finished.

thanks dude... glad my harden work gave you confidence to harden yours (pep) lol:lol... i use a fresh/sharp cutter blade (utility knife) for the lines

thanks man... i took in mind all the advice i read from all the threads of rpf members who made fantastic job on their helmet and it works on our build... though still have many flaws but am quite satisfied with the result...

Now thinking if i'll proceed on making a mould out of it... hmmmm:confused...
