1:350 Enterprise Underwater RC

Very cool indeed. Now if it was the original refit rather than the "A" I'd say they need to get to making the Reliant to go with it.

I was thinking the same thing...

If I recall, the nebula effect was created using a water tank (or that may have been a test). Though of course the ships were filmed separatly.

But this gives a new perspective or idea on how to shoot something like that.
 
Wonder if this could me other scifi ship modes could be done in a similar fashion. Personally would love to see a few Star Wars and BSG ships done this way.
