4529368[/URL]]I was at the hobby shop yesterday and saw the box of the pg falcon. Didn't realize how big it was.

Yeah, the box is huge! And it's an amazing kit... I'm glad I waited to get mine. I want ready for it until now. Speaking of which... Here's more progress. Dry brushing with black rub n buff... Exhaust fan grilles installed...and decals started.. So many decals!

Took a break from the outside of the Falcon to work on some of the inside... 3d parts from @308_bits

I picked up some Micro Sol and was able to finish setting the upper hull decals. After that, I put down an oil wash using lamp black thinned down. I'll let it dry then start adding the streaks and rust. Once that's done, I'll hit it with a mix of flat base and clear coat.

Wow! I've just put my pg falcon in the loft as I'm to scared to start it (Inexperienced builder) then I look at your build and get delusions of grandeur. This is an awesome build, keep on inspiring us

Thanks, John! I'm glad I can provide some inspiration! I know this model can be intimidating, but don't be afraid! Remember, fear is the path to the dark side! With all the talented people on this site, we are here to help...

Going for the TFA/TLJ ramp lighting? :)

Well, I used your guide and determined that looked the best. From Stinson's research and your input, it seemed the best fit. And also provide enough light on the ramp. I guess I could have used a smaller resistor, but I like the look.

Yeah, that's what I was referring to, as well. From that full set 3D walkthrough, they were rendered as 8 instead of 6, right? I'm just going with the idea that they were meant to be 8, anyway.

Do we ever see how many are in the Lando Falcon?
