NEW Blade Runner 2049 J.W. bottle - PICTURES PAGE 8

Watched the film again on Monday in a completely empty theater and afterwards immediately went and bought a 4th bottle. I think I'm sufficiently stocked for winter now.

I did buy a couple of bottles and as stated above, it's meant to be consumed and enjoyed. However, for those of you who just want to keep it intact, here's some good news right from the source:

"Whiskey is one of the most popular liquors and, similarly to vodka, has an almost indefinite shelf life – when stored properly, whiskey does not go bad. You should also know, that whiskey is one of the alcohols that only age while they are stored in casks. That means, that it doesn't age in the bottle."

if anyone still looking for a bottle, i found some at my local BevMo (i'm in LA/Orange county Socal)
price at $110.99+tax though

For the DFW peeps....I live in Colleyville and my local liquor store had them on the shelves....$62.00 each!!! I bought all of them and I am now selling on eBay for $150.00!

Pretty cool, huh? I am going to make such an awesome profit!!!

Seriously....they had 4 on the shelf and I bought 1 yesterday. They had 3 left. I decided to get another one today since it is a good whiskey and there was 4 again. So they must have a case or so in the back.

So again....$62.00 each at Halls Liquor store in Colleyville. TX....Highway 121 and Glade.

I know there is some DFW peeps who may be able to go there. I would have bought them all and sold them here at cost plus shipping but I really did not want to try shipping liquor and risk breakage.

Still not available in the UK!
You would think as it is made in Scotland, they would have more outlets than Amazon here :angry

Hey Megamicrofish,

Called around a few places today: Harrods, The Whiskey Exchange, Royal Mile Whiskey, Gerrys Soho and a couple of other specialist and limited run retailers. All said they didn't have any details on it, but one did said that Amazon had exclusivity. I think we may be out of luck unless there is more stock coming in I'm afraid! And it's proving hard to get as eBay is constantly de-listing listings for it as its against their policy to sell alcohol.

I see a ton of these bottles for sale in the States on eBay. I wonder what's up with that.

I think they're probably just slow to take them down, though the US and UK sites have the same alcohol policies. They only seem to survive for a day or two on the UK site and then poof, no more. It's fully de-listed so I can't even find the sellers of the two I had in my watch list. Steep asking prices though - £180/$240, I'm hoping I can source a pair from the US

How does it taste compares to the standard B.L? Regular drinker of Black anyway but haven’t opened either of my bottles yet [emoji85]
