Hey guys, looking at old prop auctions.
A prop im thinking of making is described as "mixed media" is this paper mache?

I would assume paper mache would be described as mixed-media.

I always thought mixed-media was different types used to make a single piece. Fiberglass, plastic and foam for instance.

Yes, mixed media is a term used to describe an item constructed using various different materials.

Thanks guys,
If anyone is interested its a sheild from the 1933 king kong.
There is one in better condition at disneys "great motion picture ride" i plan on using that design.
