Anyone else who received QC pics in the past couple weeks get shipping confirmation? I got my QC pics on 12/28, accepted the shoes same day, DHL shipping confirmation on 12/31 but that status has remained in "shipping information received" status for the past 10 days. I received my last pair within 3 days of getting a shipment notice so I'm not sure what is going on. I got some BS excuse from them saying "the shipping time is a bit longer for busy season now, pls wait a bit more days." I ordered my 10.5's almost 2 months ago now.

I got my QC pics less than a week ago, and I just got my tracking number this morning. Then again, they did send mine through EMS

Yes. I put the cream in a storable container and then added the blue until I had the value I was happy with. Now I have it stored for when I need to go. back and re dye them.

What size did you order out of curiosity? If you start getting tracking movement in the next couple days let me know. I mentioned the whole refund thing to them after waiting 6 weeks for a pair then the next day I got QC pics then a shipment notification. I'm wondering if they just sent me someone else's QC pics and don't really have the shoes in hand and are now stalling on the shipment part.

Do you think I can contest ? I mean, how they can prove that the pair is a replica ? Except if there is a NIKE specialist in the french customs team.
It should be impossible for them to see if it's a real one or a replica, because this pair is so rare !
I guess that none of these fu***g customs have already seen an authentic AirMag pair.
I need your attention guys because I'm really worried. I'm happy to see that everybody has got their pairs and that everybody is talking about it.
But this thread is our community, I will highly appreciated if you can give me your advices and your opinion, then I can moove forward and try something.

Ok first you need to contact rebecca and tell her whats happened. i dunno if they are gonna be able to help much as its left there country but your not the first person to have there mags stopped by customs. mine were too but mine got stopped before leaving hong kong so i finally managed to get a new pair sent out today. anyway maybe try contacting DHL and tell them that its a movie prop replica and is not violating any laws as its for costume use only ( even tho laws are being broken lol ) thats what i would try. but like i said first thing to do is speak to rebecca. i have a feeling that when they are sending the shoes there not using the normal trickery for the shoes to pass customs. they might actually be writing that they are replica nikes on the documentation. if thats the case then rebecca needs to fix up!

Wish I could find a pair of those air max 90 mags that use to be on aliexpress.
I suggest not doing anything that could lead to a more thorough inspection.
They have the means to prove that you are trying to import counterfeit goods which is against the law.
I would let it go and have them destroy the pair because that's absolutely not the worst that can happen. If you try to dispute the allegations and without a very solid case that you cannot build, that will result in an additional fine up to twice the amount you paid for the shoes+shipping (and the Mags will still get destroyed).
I'm really sorry but you have to accept that importing replicas is a gamble sometimes. In this case you lost unfortunately.
Your best chance now is with David's customer service and see wether or not they can help you out and ship another pair (with another carrier).

Yeah my first pair I ordered 2 months ago got stopped before even leaving the country. Can't believe it took them this long to send me another pair. First time they shipped was with DHL so I am happy that they sent this pair via EMS!

Yes, I'm gonna to contact the After sales services of sneakerhead and try to find a solution.
Now sneakerhead.ru do not ship through DHL, only EMS.
Do you think it's a good shipping company ? I mean about the period of shipping, is it quite short ?
And what about the customs ? Did you have some problems ?

Well I have had things being shipped via EMS before and prefer it to any other international shipping. As far as customs goes , I have no idea. Soon as the shoes are on route I will let you know!

This happened to me last year with a pair of V2's when I had them sent to Ireland. I was going to contest that they weren't counterfeit and I was warned by the Customs team that Nike Legal would be in touch. I was advised by Nike Legal that if I proceeded with the protest that I would be fined and prosecuted for knowingly importing counterfeit goods. Needless to say I dropped my protest. The seller did send me a full refund though which took the sting out of the whole thin but knowing that the Nike Mags were destroyed was a tough pill.
