Hmm I wonder if they ever read this thread and see that we continuously want a big ISD 樂 1/2256 scale preferably
Yes please! Bandai i would love to get BIG models like:
94cm 1/1700 Star Destroyer
1/48 AT-AT
1/72 Falcon
60cm CR90 Corvette Blockade Runner
60cm Nebulon-B Escort Frigate
60cm Rogue One, Hammerhead Corvette
Id also like to see:
30cm Death Star
1/72 B-Wing
1/72 TIE Bomber
1/72 U-Wing
1/12 Luke & X-34 Landspeeder
1/12 Rey & Speeder
1/12 Darth Maul & Speeder
Thank you for all your hard work and Awesome Models so far Bandai :thumbsup
I agree. I understand X-Wing and TIE Fighter kits are less of a risk because they're almost guaranteed to sell well, but at this point they've been done to death and if I lived to be 100 years old I would never, ever, ever buy another X-Wing or TIE Fighter kit. There are other popular subjects that have never been produced in styrene before, or have been produced poorly (MPC/Ertl B-Wing, I'm looking at you), so explore some of those options and give us Star Wars modelers something different to work on for a change.I would just like Bandai to put their efforts into making kits of new subjects before making mini kits or maxi kits of existing subjects. I'd really like the chance to buy even one B-Wing, TIE Bomber, or Republic gunship instead of X-wings in three different scales and a dozen different box assortments.
1/144 sail barge!
1:72 Gunship vs. Hailfire Droid ..... that would be awesome
And as for big kits, I'd go all nuts for a 1:2 R2. Only a fragment of DeAgos price and still more detailed and crispier. No nerd features though
I've also started to buy up the bandai kits. They should be way to small for my taste but there's just something about them that makes my wanna get them anyway. I never seen anything so accurate before. The small scale just makes them even more incredible!
Quick question. When they need glue (for mods and stuff) what do you use? I usually go for Tamiyas Thin quick dry cement when gluing styrene. Bandais plastic seems a bit different though.
Cheers.
Steve.
