So I was going through my Obi-Wan stash today , and was wondering if anyone else had these (or other) variations on the "punched-hole" for the Obi-Wan sink knob CAP??

I've got these three variations:

I've got the square hole one. Up until today I thought all vintage ones were like that. Then in http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=276646 I saw the circular hole and then in http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=275482&page=10&p=4242752&viewfull=1#post4242752 someone posted one with the toothy looking hole

These are depending on the tap they go on, there are various reference, first and last are the most common.
Possibly for different markets.
I remember the toothy when I was a child, maybe it's a french technology, not sure.
Is the middle hole cone shaped?
