Star Wars OT Stormtrooper Research and Variation

I just recently got into the whole helmet prop side of collecting after acquiring many of the lightsabers I always wanted. As part of that, I recently picked up one of the BS R1 Stormtrooper helmets. Prior to buying this I was going through many of the threads reviewing opinions of this offering and some of the differences from OT helmets. It appears each movie featuring Stormtroopers had a helmet that varied to some extent or another. Any way, I was watching ANH yesterday and noticed a variation in the movie. Not sure if this has been shared yet or not.

What I noticed about these two was the lack of blue stripes (trooper on the right) on what I would refer to as part of the respirator.

Head on to www.whitearmor.net and search the threads there, as they will explain most things Stormtrooper. And also visit www.starwarshelmets.com, the best site about helmets
