Vader MPP bubble mounting

Can someone post photos with a blue Slothfurnace board installed? I'm curious how it looks under the bubbles. I've been in the blue board camp because of this photo:

Also it would seem that the board was not cut parallel to the gold lines and LEDs, and the holes are not centered beneath the bubbles. Here I've highlighted what I'm seeing in red:

This casino photo shows it as well:

Again, highlighted in red:

Also, a correction for Sym-Cha... In post #22 you credit d3po2u with photos I took.

But you also have to factor in the angle at which the photos were taken and the distortion created by the bubble lenses. The only way to say with absolute certainty would be a photo taken straight down on it.

My card does the same thing.
Despite being cut perfectly straight, the upper section tends to lean to the left when the clamp lever is pushed down.
See images i posted earlier.

Ahh, I see what you're sayin. I thought because the angle is so pronounced and consistent between those two photos... And the one is pretty straight on. But your probably right.

Jedi Reali, do you still think blue after seeing it in person?

I can't remember, and it seems I didn't make a written note of it. It may have been hard to tell. The display was in a dark corner, with no light on it whatsoever. :unsure

Indeed. Even if those pics certainly make the board look like it's blue, a simple confirmation of the color would solve this once and for all.

I might be biased, but blue with green soldermask looks the part to me. It really changes depending on the color of the light you're looking at it under.

I seriously thought it was green for years. I finally decided to toss it in my Vader, and surprise surprise it was green... and blue.

Agreed on the light issue.

Color temperature can drastically change the apparent color of objects.
