Power Ranger EVA Foam Helmets-Yay or Nay?

Yeah, it's 'do-able', but you can't really make details that sharp or clean in foam.
There's a thread here with someones results https://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=157270
(And a fair few more attempts if you do a google image search for 'Power Rangers Helmet EVA Foam) in total honestly though, sculpt in clay then fibgreglass is where you want to be if you're looking at a well finished ranger helmet.

I think the chest armor is decent size, it's more put the beer down and go for a run that's causing the problem ha. I couldn't find a visor so I just used a see through vinyl pencil case. I plan on reworking some of this eventually but just needed something for dragoncon fast and cheap.
