My PROP COLLECTION : (*NEW!*) "Temple of Doom” (1984)

Re: My PROP COLLECTION : (*NEW!*) "Batman" & "The Dark Knight"

I just picked-up a few 'DARK KNIGHT' related Props. (They are actually ones that I have owned in the past, but had to sell several years ago.)

First, I got a 'Batarang' and a 'Grapnel Gun' from the NOBLE COLLECTION, (I've always loved those pieces!), and then I grabbed a 'Joker' Card and a two-headed 'Two Face' Coin from eBay. Nice to have these back in the Collection again. :)

Re: My PROP COLLECTION : (*NEW!*) "Blow Out" (1981)

After recently re-watching my Criterion Collection Blu-Ray of the 1981 Brian De Palma classic "BLOW OUT", I was inspired to hunt down a Prop from the film to be represented in my Home Theater. I was able to find a vintage 'I Love Liberty' button just like the one that was worn by the Film's main villain, "Burke" (as played by the incomparable John Lithgow).

Whoa Impressive collection. :D

Thank-you immensely. :)

I'm in total agreement with you, Sir. The Cinematography in particular really is beautiful, to say the least. As far as the Buttons go, I was just lucky enough to eventually track them both down from different sources on e-Bay. (The 'Liberty' Button was a little more difficult due to the fact that it's not a replica. It's actually a real produced and distributed promotional item used around that time.)

Re: My PROP COLLECTION : (*NEW!*) "Iron Man"/"Captain America"/"Star Trek"

I just added a few more new pieces to the Collection. The HASBRO 'Legends Series' version of Iron Man's Helmet and Captain America's Shield, as well as 'The Wand Company' versions of the 'STAR TREK Original Series' Phaser and Communicator.

Overall, I'm super pleased with everything! I think the Helmet and Shield make a great combo hanging on the wall together, and the STAR TREK props really go well with my other 'Wrath of Khan' & 'Search For Spock' items. Highly recommended on all counts!

Looks great! How do you have the shield and helmet mounted? Thanks!

WOW what an amazing collection.

Thanks, guys! I tied a cable/line to the back of the Shield and just have that hanging on a hook in the wall. The IRON MAN Helmet is resting on a Wall Sconce/Light that I bought from 'Home Depot' for around $15 bucks or so. (It's kind of a cheap workaround, but it's definitely solid.)

In fact, I have a matching one on the other side of the T.V. set that my Stormtrooper Helmet rests on too.

Very nice display Adam.
That Frank looks great!
Didn't see the Wicked Witch of the West manequin nor the jaws barrels. Did I miss it?

Thank-you, Sir! Much appreciated! Sadly, I ended up having to sell off both the Wicked Witch and the JAWS Barrel, mostly because of how much room they took up. (Especially after setting-up the full-size FRANKENSTEIN.) Actually, I really do miss both of them quite a bit, but the Witch in particular. She was so cool.

New addition to the Collection today! I wanted to upgrade my NECA ‘Jason’ Friday the 13th: PART 3 Mask, and decided to take a chance on http://www.f13killerhocks.com

Holy smokes! This guy doesn’t fool around! I am majorly impressed to say the least! His communication was very good through the whole process and he was extremely easy, friendly and personable to work with. And the Mask itself is truly a work of art, I must say. Highly recommended in my book! I would definitely buy from him again, to be sure!

I just received a long awaited (and very highly anticipated) order today from MIMIC. I’ve been eyeing a set of these SANKARA STONES now for over a year, and now that I’ve finally seen them in person I’m absolutely astounded at how well-made they are! The workmanship on these things is incredible! To say that I’m pleased to finally add these Props to my Collection is an understatement. Many thanks, Paul & Sara! Excellent work! :thumbsup
