So I've been wanting to do a custom Jason hockey mask for a while. I found a couple sites that sell blanks that can be custom painted. I was going to pick one up for myself, and if I think the finished product is favorable, I was thinking about painting and selling them on spec.
My question I want to pose to the community is: Is it unethical or uncouth to sell these? Like most companies that sell Jason masks, their masks are "pulled from film molds" and the differences are negligible if there are any at all. But, I don't want to be one of those scumbags that steals others' work and sells it as their own.
So what does everyone think?
