Death Star door control panel

We're finalizing the diffuser today, which is the last part to be tested. Otherwise, we have everything done for the initial run. We are printing those as soon as we have the fitment completed. Expecting to post in the next couple of days.
 
I received my order, and installed them on the detention block security camera (just in time to use the set at DragonCon.) They look awesome, and really help give the finishing touch!
 
I looked at many possibilities, but haven't been able to identify it. It seems like some kind of engine cover that they used as a buck to vacuum-form the part.
