I've been looking for curvy costume full builds to give me ideas on how to progress with my first one also. I've seen yours go literally from flat sheets to curved, damaged armour that looks solid.
It still amazes me and makes me just go, 'how??'
Hopefully I won't be so confused once I start myself.
This build is really, really impressive. Where are you going to show it off?
And where is it going to live when it's done?

Here come some pictures! Halloween was a great time. The first run was a success. Very few incidents/bugs to report and the kids LOVED it. I think I only made it around 200 ft in the 2+ hours I was there... and that was only thanks to a brief police escort. Without the helpful officer I would never have gotten out of the parking lot. It was a mob scene, But I guess that meant they liked it. On a related note: It certainly wasn't a convention crowd. Parents were all but throwing children in front of me, not all of them courteously. Watch out for those children too, they like to touch and grab a bit more than convention goers
Bug reports:
The shoulder straps MUST get some padding. I am still feeling the straps a day later. The power fist palm needs a third velcro tab. The pinky and ring finger will be joined together. And I broke one of my plastic connector hooks. I will print out a handful of these to keep with me in the future.. I also want to secure the pvc substructure joints with some pins. The joint at my back kept wanting to pop free. No major issues though. I had a blast.

A little video was taken. It was VERY dark though. I will try to improve it with some gamma correction. We will have to wait and see.

There was a DJ and music, and a large amount of noise from the crowd. I doubt anyone could hear either farther than a few steps away from me.

The building on the corner is being gutted for a complete remodel. The roof was even torn off. I couldn't resist taking my costume down there for some photos in front of the exposed cinder block. Just a quick shoot, and far from professional, but I now have some good photos of the completed suit to share.

I may be experiencing a decrease in vision. Everything else looks like crap now.
