Question about painting urethane fins on doj gauntlets

Hey guys I was able to get the doj gauntlets from gc5fx but the fins are black. I was thinking of painting the fins bronze or something like the real suit. What kind if paint would I use? I was thinking like model paint?
 
basic gold acrylic worked for me. WP_20151105_005.jpg
