Awesome work. 
I've been wondering about the Helmet. From a defensive point of view, the mouth area seems to be a big flaw in the design. Considering you face someone who can fry you just by looking at you.
Does anyone feel that the helmet would be better with some kind of sliding face plate to cover the mouth?
I'm considering adding one to my design, even though it may not be a feature in the movie.
