Luke's Boots TFA & TLJ

Apologies if I'm stating the bleeding obvious but I've been trying to match Luke's boots for a while now and I think I've struck pay dirt.
Grinders Renegades with the straps cut off and the heel removed:


Most of you have probably worked this out already - but it made my day.

They don't look anything like the Luke boots if I'm honest!

Woke would have had to be cut off all the way out and replaced and the foot wouldn't sit right at all without the heel

Yea definitely wouldn’t get the grinders. Though still inaccurate you be better off with something from Po Zu which did a lot of the other boots from the new movies.

It is close but I don’t think it’s a match.

Po Zu doesn’t have anything in inventory for Luke.

The boot looks like a Chelsea with a crepe sole. However, I don’t know of any boots with that ribbing pattern.

I’m curious, as a footwear guy, so I’ll poke around to see if I can dig anything up.

Those boots are suede and modeled after the one he wore in ANH. TFA and TLJ boots are not suede.

They are custom made, so just ask to have them made in leather. I can't see any design difference between the ANH boots and TLJ.

Expensive, but I guess that's because they're made to order.
