Great research! I wonder how close the current model Jett is to the older one. It appears that the "cast and crew" hat isn't even the same exact model. The bow appears to be tacked differently. Well, I paid original price for the Goorin and it was worth it for all the bells and whistles. I'll probably get the Bailey as well just for accuracy.
Good research you did there. There are a couple of other differences I noticed about the Goorin hat that differs from the one on the show: the brim on Walt's hat is floppier/more bendable than the Goorin's brim, which is pretty stiff. In the screen cap you posted from Season 5A, notice how Walt is easily able to bend the brim with his fingers. Also, the brim on Walt's hat lays flatter than the Goorin's does, which has a more upward curve to it, almost bowl-shaped. Check out this clip, which really shows both how flat the brim lays and how easily the brim bends as Walt slides his fingers around the edge.

Yes Exactly!! The ribbon is tacked different than the one used on the show. Hence its old production. I still love my Goorin hat no matter what, my I have to love my Bailey even more!

I took some more shots! I completely agree with you! It might be possible that they switched hats just for this scene.
Look at the comparisons! :$
Also look at the height of the ribbon! Goorins appears to be short, while Baileys appears to be a bit larger.
I'd have been scared to push my Heisenberg hat in like that. Have you asked Bailey to confirm that it is in fact their hat used on the show? You'd think they would know. Back when I was looking for the brand of sunglasses Walt wears (before I found this place), I emailed Smith Optics and asked them whether or not Walt wears their brand and they were able to positively identify them right away.

Finally finished my Lab Notes notebook!
For comparison:
(Screen-used DEA photocopy version of Gale's lab notes)
I've amended the size of the stickers (again) for this final version, as it really was a job of trial and error to get them to look right. Now that I've gotten them to an accurate size (as you can see above), I'll be sending everyone who's received the file from me the final, properly sized versions. Sorry for the inaccurately sized files I've sent before.
