Worst Movies of the year

We all know the major ones.. but what are ones that flew under the radar?

we all know about B v S. Feigbusters. Bay Turtles. movies one will never have the need to watch again... but as for the others..


I had such high hopes for storks...

but the whole movie was just.. bizzare. a little bird character that was like he was written on meth. A main female character that seemed like she had hyper active attention defecit disorder. hollywood PC messages being stuffed into a kids movie at the end.

Then you had all the weird character moments that seemed like they where made specifically to make the trailer seem funny and memorable. The Odd Wolf Pack Transformations...and all the things that look cute in 3D but don't deliver much substance (the wolfs funny movements toward the baby. the weird 'bruh' bird and his odd actions and voice..)

This is also one where i found the voice acting to be more than annoying, at times it was hard to understand what was even being said.

ugh. disappointment on this one.



Kung Fu Panda was also a disappointment . The first one was a fun adventure. the second one got a little more emotional. The third one should have been the most emotional at all, but to me just felt flat and made even more just to cash in on the franchise.

Was told by a buddy that it was good. sadly it was very dull and boring as hell. The whole story could have been done in 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor and do not watch it.
 
And here goes Neil. At it again;). Starting fight between movie lovers and haters. I give it a week before people argue about how good or bad movies are[emoji38].

oh please, i'm doing nothing of the sort. we all know it's the so called 'supportive' people that always get up in arms about these things.

many a closed thread to attest to that :).

anyway, back to the topic. you've got your positive thread for that stuff and you don't see me going in there yet :).

Magnificent Seven = Drivel.

So bad I had to fast forward it. Rubbish script even EH and DW who are usually good, couldn't save it.

Chris Pratt is a terrible one trick pony actor. Plays plain goofy all the time, mostly gets away with it when the script is good, but his lack of acting ability shines through when the script is mediocre, same as in Jurassic World.

Blah:sick...2/10

Sausage Party: Animation plus swearing and weird food porn = Edgy clever film making?..No, again more drivel from Seth Rogen who was quiet good in Steve Jobs,but returns to his roots of being a creepy weed perv. 2/10

Central Intelligence: The consistently overrated and over used Rock and the short funny black guy = Instant comedy screen chemistry?...No, tired desperate one liners with the Rock's muscles. 2/10

All of these movies could have been vastly improved simply with a better script.

We've had some really good films this year like Concussion, but this thread 'aint for them;)

i've still got angry birds on my list just to see how bad it is. sausage party i was on the bubble..

Are you freakin kiddin me! Sausage Party is my film of the year, hands down. Its so long since I saw any film or comedy trample over the barriers and wave goodbye to the PC line. It was so much fun to see that level of abandon.

On the topic of bad films of the year. Inferno. That was dire, like someone slapped the talent off Tom Hanks
 
idk which one was the worst... i still haven't seen the ghostbusters reboot. i was really really disappointed with Xmen apocalypse..to the point i didnt see it in theaters. when i saw it on red box i wasn't surprised at how horrible it was...

then again independence day 2 was utter garbage

my point exactly, if i see xmen AOA was on hbo or something, and COPS wasn't on i'd watch it again. if ID2 is on... ill watch reruns of COPS...

im a huge COPS fan:wacko

I loved the old Ghostbusters. This new reboot looks like a waste of my time and money. X-Men apocalypse p***** me off sooooooo badly.. so badly.
 
Dead 7....Why ,just why.Even the so called star did not want to be there,it was like a train wreck...with bad zombies and BAD actors,Bad script,We kinda watched it for a laugh,but it made me wanna commit murder/death/kill
 
Ok. I know Im going to get flamed for this, but its not the worst movie of the year, but biggest disappointment? Im going with Rogue One. There. I said it. Let your hate flow through you. I would put a picture of the emperor grinning or something but I cant cause Im at work and I cant do anything.

Of course there are worse movies out there (feigbusters, xmen AoA) but I was super hyped for this and was SUPER let down. TFA all the way! :devil

i'm going to get flamed for saying 'TFA and R1' where both kind of terrible. but I thought TFA had a little more than nostalgia going for it, if it just found a good story line.
