High Rise Industrial Tower

wow,great work.love the detail.
really like those red girder bridge pieces, would you mind telling us where they came from.
would like to buy some of those.:)

That just looks phenomenal, it deserves to be a miniature in a movie, can’t wait to see to see the final paint colours that will define all the fantastic detail

Thank you, Ben-san, you'll see soon!

I wasn't sure about those red bridge pieces, but with some primer, they really look like they belong now. Another amazing piece!

Now you just need some vehicles to dock with it :D

maybe some kind of crane as well :D

I really relieved to hear that, blakeh-san. Vehicles? cranes? :D

VERY nice!

Thank you, Tom-san

Thanks,
I bought those things in a toys corner of local 100 Yen shop 'Daiso' (Dollar shop). It's so handy.
Is it available in US?

OK, the model has been finished yesterday.

The exploration team found an unknown high rise tower in the middle of the deep jungle. The height was more than 1500 feet. Who built this?
For whom?
It seems the complex tower has been deserted for many decades. Some plants are growing on the decks here and there.
As we reached at the bottom of the tower, we can hear the sounds of heart beat from inside. It's still alive and pump up the resources from deep under the ground. Refined, Processed and generates tremendous power for someone need it. When we reach the top deck, We can only hear the sound of wind blows.
Sun gets down in the golden horizon and the darkness of the night falls. All the lights lit. The complex is towering like a giant totem pole.

Congratulations Katsu-san on another fantastic piece, absolutely love the rustic paint work, in fact I love it all

What a great idea for using up left over model parts! The weathering is perfect on the entire tower. The tiny figures and ships are a great addition as well. Well done! :)

Wow that is both an amazing plant stand and a model all in one!

The paint job on it is perfect. Everything on it looks perfect!

Wow. My expectations were high, but you surpassed them.

The abandoned look was completely unexpected. (As was its practical use.)

Well done!

That turned out really awesome.
I sure can't wait to retire one day and make some cool stuff.

Thanks!
I can't wait to see your cool stuff, too!

That silhouette shot against the sky looks like it could be the real deal! It turned out great.

Thank you very much, Bones-san!

I thought I'm gonna try that salt rusting but was difficult to apply for upright standing model like this.
So I've just used an old tooth brush. :D
