SHIELD operator loadout

I'm building a SHIELD operator loadout for airsoft. I'm wondering if someone can point me in the right direction for gear to get, and most especially a gun that I can base off of.

The standard issue sidearm appears to be a Smith & Wesson M&P which can be found in an Airsoft version.

SAI Just came out with a great M&P that would be a good start

That would be cool! Any recommendations for gear, like plate carriers, bdus etc. And how about a primary gun?
