Clone trooper helmet cereal box

This is a Pepakura of a Clone trooper helmet with one twist, i am using "That card board material" from cereal boxes as paper on it own tends too rip, tear and not hold it shape well.






note:
1) i ran out of paper when printing, so i used colour paper too finish off the job aka the colour has no meaning
2) the two pics of the small pep just made of white paper are a prototype

yeah about that,the file came with no tabs. so i just use the excess and make my own tabs as i go.on the up side it saves on paper

alright on to the grill, for the teeth i only used paper as they are so small for card.

and about halfway through i misplaced one of the grill teeth, then i photocopied its corresponding side and then flipped it over and traced over.



and some more progress photos




and as you can see the grill needs a lot of cleaning up.
