Game: Which Actor... ?

Kurt Russell as Dr. David Grant in Executive Decision (definitely over his head) It's gotta be him.

Correct!

I was thinking it was easy one.

Let's not forget a less than scrupulous handyman in "Overboard"

And his sharing screen time with 60's Batman Joker Cesar Romero in "The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes"

It's the superhero part that made it tough.

I have to make mine at least as tough.

Well the guesses so far haven't exactly met all the criteria.

If nobody gets it by noon (pacific time) I'll post the answer.

In the meanwhile, another hint.

in one movie his sister was Chinese - even though he isn't.

while fighting a war he loses a ray gun

in one movie his sister was Chinese - even though he isn't

in that same movie his parents are Caucasian - even though he isn't

In "One In the Chamber" Cuba Gooding Jr is a hitman who allies with another hitman known as "The Wolf" (Dolph Lundgren)

In "What Dreams May Come" he takes up arms to help his father rescue his mom from Hell

In "Gladiator" (the 1992 street fight film) he plays Abraham "Lincoln" Haines

In "Red Tails" he is a fighter pilot who loses a comrade named "Ray Gun" Gannon

In "What Dreams May Come" he's the son of Robin Williams but in disguise as an adult black man. His sister is disguised in the form of a Chinese woman.

Wow... tricky one! Keep 'em coming guys. Personally, I think it's fun to leave them a little more "generic" just to see what other actors have actually portrayed the same types of characters as the one you're thinking of. By giving more clues you're actually narrowing down the possibilities. So, dascoyne, you're up again; let's see what you've got!

This actor plays

a guy who desperately needs to catch a flight.

a guy who gets killed on a flight.

a famous lawman.

first name that came up for me was Steven Seagal

first cant recall

second could be from a critical decision

thirdly could be the majority of his movies where he plays a cop
above_the_law.jpg

I should emphasize he plays a famous lawman.

Let me make it just a bit more interesting ...

This actor plays (in separate movies)

a guy who desperately needs to catch a flight.

a guy who gets killed on a flight.

a guy who steals a flight.

a famous lawman.

Give up?

In "Behind Enemy Lines" Owen Wilson is trying to make it to an extraction point.

In "Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou" he dies in a copter crash

In "I Spy" he's trying to steal a fighter jet

And.... At the end of "Shanghai Noon" he reveals to Jackie Chan that his real name is Wyatt Earp.

OK. I'm surrendering my spot. Everything I think up is either too easy or too hard. It's up in the air now for anyone to put in the next question.
