Imperial datapad

Hi all!
I want to make an imperial datapad, but first I would like to understand what it says. So first I grabbed an image and decoded it. I found a letter that I couldn't identify and the closest one was a 3, but then the word makes no sense. Any help?

So far the datapad says:
Imperial Data
Astromech droid
Astromech droid: ch3r --- this is the word that I have troubles with
Multi function droid
New droid connected
Deployable as such:

Maybe CH3R is the droid's designation.

You could be right. I found some concept images from that episode. It's a reskin of chopper but he's designation is C1-10p not CH3R.

Take a look at this concept art for Rebels:

In the bottom right-hand corner it says "material for CH-3R.." and the top right-hand corner says "CH-3R Imperial Disguise", so it appears this is an undercover version of Chopper. [emoji6]

Not a different droid to chopper - the diagram basically spells it out, it's his disguise for when they sneak onto imperial installations. Hence the 'imperial disguise'.

Almost looks like you could slap the Imperial insignia on an iPad.
