Here, eBay, or start haunting yard sales and places that might have vintage\surplus electronics. To my knowledge there is no secret stash of the calculators where the people hoarding them don't know their value. Do a google search for exactra 19 or 20 and the results tell anyone what the thing is used for and how much they sell for.

A single 20 will come up for auction on eBay every couple of weeks or so, usually go for around $130, haven't seen a 19 on there recently. And you have to upgrade/pay for PREMIUM account to list/sell stuff but can buy whenever if people willing to sell to you. I haven't had a problem buying anything yet.
