Oblivion Jack Harper's RIFLE - Build Thread (Also Pic Heavy!)

Hey Guys, I'm scratch building this gun and I'm having trouble locking down the basic measurements. Does anyone have length/hight/width?
 
Sorry for the Zombie thread, but it's only two pages, and it seems a shame to start a new one....
How are you guys printing the decals? Thanks!
 
Great job on the build, I'll see if I can put together the whole spring loaded assembly, since that seems to be the one part everyone can't get.
