IGN said a DC rep stated that the cowl on display was a work inspired by the Snyder cowl for an art show. It's not one that will be in the production, and, by the way it sounds, it may not be 100% accurate.

Looking over comparisons from what we have from official images vs the comic con show room version, I have noticed slight differences. Could just be the lighting, but it appears that some of the neck and nose creases are placed differently. More specifically the brow/nose creases look more angry in the official version. I could be wrong since there's so much shadows, though. I'll try to post some comparisons soon if I can.

I got into full on arguments about the validity of that photoshopped cowl pic over the last few days, dummies telling me "That's the actual suit", but even after a dozen people including myself corrected them. showing the sources for the two images, these clowns are still like "Well, it was a representation of what the suit will look like, so I wasn't wrong...". Some people really need to keep their opinions to themselves till they can seporate obvious photoshop to real photo. This isn't 1998 kids.

You just can't argue with people like that. I got into a debate with someone the other day who said that Rachel and Batman surviving their fall in The Dark Knight (when Joker throws her out the window) was a "plot hole", instead of a simple example of a movie playing fast and loose with physics. I tried to tell him he obviously didn't know what a plot hole was, but... well, like I said there's no arguing with those kinds of people.
Anyway, here's another link to the teaser, since the last two I posted were taken down.
