Iron Man Hand Help

Hey guys,

Looking for some advice/suggestions. Interested in the best way to replicate the flexible pieces in the fingers and wrist area of the ironman hand as seen in the pictures below. I am planning on wearing as part of a cosplay. Any help or links to other threads will be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I want them to be flexible as well.
