Been wondering the same thing. I'm guessing bondo-ing over those speaker grooves in the back, as well as the battery compartment would need to be in order at least. Definitely curious because this could start my journey into a full blown TK kit.
 
Just got mine. Absolute JUNK!! The thing doesn't line up right, the voice changer sucks, detail is subpar. They did a great job promoting this thing in the video. IT DOES NOT SOUND LIKE THAT!

That looks absolutely fantastic. Appears to be lined up perfectly fine with no gaps as well.
I wonder if the few I've seen with gaps are problems with the helmet, or simply "user error?" :angel
 
Ok Target has delayed my order til the end of october or the beginning of november! Ano other places to get this from? May run over after work and see if any are in stores. Probably sold out by now.
 
Looks like ToysRUs is finally ready to ship, I received my order confirmation. Arrival date 10/6-10/10. Looks like I should have walked into a store and picked one up.

Thanks to the early owners for all the pics. I think it looks awesome for the price!
 
Got mine at walmart this morning.these are not junk, very sturdy, not that brittle plastic like pcr vader No decals everything painted on.very shiny.black strips are rubber trooper.jpg and enough room to wear my glasses. Walmart.com has them for $79 free ship

If I had known these would be so readily available and mine wouldn't be here until mid next week, I totally woulda just went out and snagged one. These look terrific! **Even then I'm seriously contemplating picking up a second one and just hoarding it.....**
